Technical Support 
As a service to the customer, Symicron has organised a helpline facility at their London Office. This can be accessed either through this site,  or,  by telephone if your problem is mission critical. Any problems of a technical nature may be discussed with the helpline staff on +44 (0)20 8857 6457.

Getting Help 
Before Telephoning or using Standard E-mail please gather the following information: 

For DTSX Cards 
Your DTSX Card Type (DTSX-9, DTSX-22, etc.), your interface type(V.11,V.24, ISDN, etc.) and the version of driver software that you are using(Symdriver-T, Symdriver-U, etc.). You will also need the serial number of your DTSX card and that of the Software. 

For the PDSX and BDSX cards
The type of card that you are using, and with the PDSX card the number of B channels that it supports, the software that you are using, and your ISDN Number(s).

For BRIC's
The type of BRIC or BRIC System(Internet Access ServerGII, ISDN Interface etc.), the serial number of the BRIC and the version of software that you are using and your ISDN Number. 

For Software
The version  number of the software and a description of the fault.

General
The type of machine that you use, your operating system and the version of this operating system. It would also be helpful if you could be near the machine that you need support with.
