Get to Charing Cross, Waterloo East or London Bridge and take the SIDCUP suburban line to NEW ELTHAM.

When you arrive at NEW ELTHAM, get out of the Station by the main exit, walk up the Station Approach road and  turn right by a set of traffic lights into SOUTHWOOD ROAD.
